  • I don't accept tips! The best way to show your appreciation is to recommend me to your friends and leave a 5 star Google review!

  • Please park on the right side of the driveway. Please ring the doorbell next to the garage door five minutes prior to your appointment.

  • Life can get crazy, and sometimes schedules get hijacked.

    If you realize you won’t make your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. Even if you let me know before 7 pm the day before your session, I still have an opportunity to fill your spot.

    If it’s last-minute (after 7 pm the day before or the day of), I’ll charge 50% of your session.

    If you are a no-show, I’ll charge you the total rate, and you’ll need to be paid in full before your next session. After two no-show instances, I won’t schedule any further treatments.

  • Absolutely. If you want to combine treatment services we’ll work together to personalize your session.

  • I use Bon Vital’ Naturale’ oil on your body and ayurvedic lotion on your feet.

  • Yes.

  • If you feel sick, you MUST cancel your appointment. Your massage will be much safer and enjoyable once you feel better. The cancellation policy still applies.

  • Yep! My heated table is ready for you. Also! If school is canceled in Lee’s Summit ~ we can discuss the conditions and your comfort level for driving. If the roads are bad, I don’t want you risking an accident for a massage.

  • Your comfort is my priority!

POLICIES

  • In order to maximize your hands-on time, Please arrive five minutes early. Once you get in and settled, I’ve dedicated time before your massage to discuss your goals.

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment the day before, after 7 pm, for any reason, you'll be charged for half the session. If you don’t notify me at all, you’ll be charged the full amount. I’ll charge your card before we schedule your next session. After two no-call/no-show instances, I won’t schedule any future sessions with you.

    I promise it's not meant to be a punishment; it's protection of my most valuable resource ~ my time.

    Also, I honor my policy in reverse! If I ever cancel on you with short notice, you save 50% on your next session.

  • Before your first appointment, I’ll ask you to complete a confidential health history form. We’ll review and update any time there are significant changes to your health (ex. surgery, major illness). The information in your file can only be released with your consent or as required by law.

  • For safety purposes, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if you exhibit any of the following conditions or behaviors:

    o Intoxication

    o Derogatory comments

    o Sexual or romantic advances

    o Illness or infectious conditions

    o Contagious or unidentified skin conditions (ex. rashes, mysterious bites)

    You will still be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.
