Hi, I’m ROna.

Before my career as a massage therapist, I managed a fast food restaurant for 15 years. I started getting massages regularly because I was stressed and burnt out. Integrating massage therapy into my self-care ritual, which also included weightlifting and yoga, helped reduce the damaging effects of stress on my body so I was able to keep my cool and stay healthy.

My ongoing and extensive training includes various therapeutic massage modalities, Touch for Health kinesiology, and several yoga certifications. My goal is to help get to the root cause of your issue so you can have the peaceful, joyous, and pain-free life that is your birthright.

I love helping people discover and develop their natural healing abilities. I encourage and empower my clients to advocate for their own health, so they can take care of themselves and be an example to the their loved ones. I believe when we feel good in our day to day life, we can serve others and do what we came here to do.

When you support me, you support a local, woman-owned business. Your support for women-owned businesses is an investment into a future of economic success, innovation, and equality. I love supporting other women entrepreneurs and investing in my community.

I look forward to serving you. Thank you.
