Hi, I’m ROna.
I’m a licensed massage therapist, certified kinesiologist, personal trainer, and yoga teacher with over a decade of experience helping active adults and athletes move better, recover faster, and feel their best.
My approach blends therapeutic massage, Functional Patterns movement training, yoga, and kinesiology to help people move more efficiently, recover more effectively, and stay active for the long term. By looking beyond symptoms and considering how the body functions as a whole, I work to identify the factors that contribute to pain, tension, and recurring movement limitations.
Before discovering bodywork and movement, I spent 15 years managing a fast-paced restaurant. It was stressful, chaotic, and I didn’t realize how dysregulated my body and nervous system had become until I experienced the power of consistent self-care. That experience inspired me to help others better understand their bodies, reduce physical stress, and reclaim energy, mobility, and confidence.
My mission is simple: to help you feel strong, capable, and fully present in your life. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, preparing for athletic performance, supporting a healthy pregnancy, or simply looking to move and feel better in your body, I provide the tools, guidance, and expertise to help you stay active and resilient for years to come.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, kickboxing, brunching with friends, exploring coffee shops, and enjoying a really good steak. Lotus and Salem, my two black cats, insist on being included here since, of course, they run the show.
